Origins:  The Tiffany Lamp Studio™  is a division of  “The 20th Century Lighting Company™” – a subsidiary of “The 19th Century Lighting Company™”  ESTB. in 1972.

WHY SHOULD YOU BUY A LAMP FROM “THE TIFFANY LAMP STUDIO” WHEN THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER TIFFANY LAMPS OUT THERE TO CHOOSE FROM.  FIRST OF ALL – THESE ARE NOT LAMPS !  THEY ARE MORE THAN JUST MERE LAMPS – THEY ARE “ILLUNINATED WORKS OF ART”

THESE ARE THE ONLY “TIFFANY” LAMPS ON THE MARKET TODAY THAT ARE MADE FROM 100% AMERICAN HAND-ROLLED ART-GLASS AND 100% RED-BRASS BRONZE BASES.  CHECK IT OUT – ALL OF THE OTHERS ARE MADE WITH THIN & CHEAP ORIENTAL GLASS AND SPELTER WHITE-METAL BASES.

Tiffany History:  The lamps of Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848-1933) have been prized by collectors of the Art Nouveau & Art Deco movement for years.  Not so many years ago, one could still hope to find an original Tiffany shade or a complete Tiffany lamp at an antique shop or even at an antique auction at a still affordable price – although Tiffany lamps have never, ever been cheap, even when they were first made, they were expensive.  But recently, in the last 20 years, due to their increasing popularity with celebrities & the wealthy (like Barbra Streisand), auction prices have attained levels commonly associated with old master’s works of fine art on canvas – some of the rarer patterns going over the one-million dollar mark.

Tiffany Today:  Tiffany “Style” Lamps are being highly reproduced in today’s marketplace; unfortunately most all of today’s reproductions are poorly executed, with novice labor, knock-off white-metal bases and cheap glass.  However, The Tiffany Lamp Studio now offers a realistic alternative: Museum Quality Tiffany Replica Lighting choices at a fraction of the price of original lamps.  Replicas made from real American Art-Glass (Uroboros, Bullseye & Oceana Art-Glass), just like the glass Tiffany used, cut precisely in Tiffany’s original shapes & sizes, assembled inTiffany’s original copper-foil method on exact copies of Tiffany’s original shade molds – and we don’t stop there - lamp bases that match Tiffany’s originals - exact replica bronze lamp bases cast in the exact-same lost wax method used to create the original Tiffany lamp bases.    The results - REPLICAS SO FINE – our best customer's are collectors of original tiffany lamps – REPLICAS SO EXACTING - if you were to sit one of our replicas next to its original counterpart not one person in ten can tell which is the original and which is the replica. In fact, many customers often ask if our replica lamps are original tiffany lamps!

Mission statement: Our mission is to bring to our customer’s and their homes all of the brilliance and the beauty of original Tiffany style lighting at a fraction of the cost.  As I mentioned earlier, it is possible, even today, to find craftsmen who can build stained glass Tiffany Lamp Replicas. They will build you an exact replica of any of Tiffany's lamps for the price of $4.00 - $ 6.00 per piece of each cut glass piece in the shade PLUS the cost of a lost wax bronze lamp base PLUS the cost of electrifying the lamp base itself - and, the prices will astound you....., I know this to be a fact - I price shop for Replica Tiffany Lamps (not to be confused with the glut of cheap reproduction Tiffany's) all the time and I am regulary astounded !!

A Replica Tiffany that I just recently priced was the 26" T-1902 ORIENTAL POPPY Pattern Floor Lamp. It was priced to me @ $6.00 per each piece of cut & shaped glass in the shade (which some consider a bargain price for this lamp) and it would take 6-8 weeks to make and would require shipping it from Europe. There are exactly 1,332 pieces of glass in the 26" Tiffany #1902 ORIENTAL POPPY Shade. If you multiply the 1.332 pieces of glass X $ 6.00 for each piece you wind up investing $ 7,992.00 in the shade alone. Add to that price the cost for the Large Bronze Senior Piano Floor Lamp Base #377 of $ 4,250 and add to that the cost of $200.00 to electify the lamp base and you wind up investing over $12,400.00 in this beautiful 26” Replica Tiffany ORIENTAL POPPY Floor Lamp - not including the shipping & custom charges from Europe.

WE STOCK AND SELL THE VERY SAME LAMP (LT2601-LB1703) FOR $2,275.00, (incredible - but, true) PROVIDING A CUSTOMER SAVINGS OF OVER $10,000.00+ ON THIS ONE LAMP ALONE & you can order your lamp with whatever colors of Poppy’s you wish & and the building time is the same 6-8 weeks.

Why would anyone spend over $12,400.00 for one Replica Tiffany Lamp when they could buy five - six Replica Tiffany Lamps for the same price from The Tiffany Lamp Studio tm ??
